Creepy Bloodshot Pumpkin Eyes 6-10 small white pumpkins, stem removed Black and blue craft paints (brown & green paint, opt.) Small foam paint brush Red Sharpie/permanent marker 1 wooden skewer To make... Using a foam brush and only a tiny dab of paint, paint the stump of the stem of your pumpkin with the black paint. Paint a circle of blue around the black, just like a blue iris. Use brown or green for a variety of eye colors. Following the natural grooves and curves of the pumpkin, use red permanent marker to draw fine red lines, making it look like bloodshot lines on an eyeball. Feel free to make little squiggles and veins coming from the main lines. Place in a row on the mantel, on a front stoop or in a basket for an extra creepy effect. |
