Vegan Raspberry Smoothie

This has become a staple in my household. It is DELICIOUS and perfect for a quick breakfast, snack or special treat. Vegan, gluten-free and soy-free. 

You'll need...

- 12 ounces plain or vanilla organic coconut-milk yogurt**
- 2 cups frozen organic raspberries
- 4 tablespoons organic almond butter, smooth

To make...

Place frozen berries, yogurt and almond butter in a blender. Blend until thick and smooth. Serves 2.

ENJOY!

**Coconut-milk yogurt can be found at specialty grocers. It is made from the flesh of coconuts rather then dairy based.
